Renewing Your Card
All cards are valid for 1 year from date of issue. Within this period, your spending at Cenosis need only exceed $1000 - for Classic Membership and $2000 - for Gold Membership to qualify you for the new Ceno Membership Card. Whereas it's a Lifetime Membership for all Platinum Card Member! The renew Ceno Membership Card will be mailed to you automatically, when your current card expires.
Replacement Of Lost, Misplaced Or Stolen Cards
To get a replacement card, simply write in to 'Cenosis' Customer Relationship Management' at One Sims Lane #06-06 Singapore 387355. A S$5 administration fee will be charged for any replacement of Ceno Membership Card.
